This Privacy Notice page summarizes the various policies and practices affecting the Tribunal’s Secure Repository System (SRS).

The Tribunal’s handling of personal information is similar to a court of law; some of its rules regarding the handling of personal information are similar to a court of law. Information is collected via the TATC Secure Repository System and may be accessible to the public during and after proceedings.

You have the right to request access to your personal information and to request correction of any personal information that appears inaccurate. The Secure Repository System allows you to modify your personal E-registry profile information once you log on to the Secure Repository System.

You may request that your personal information be redacted from disclosure by submitting a notice of motion which is reviewable by the Tribunal.

Information will be used for the quasi-judicial process. Incomplete information may result in the Tribunal refusing to process your request. You have the right to file a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you think your personal information has been handled improperly.
